If you work in the Search Industry in the UK there is a good chance that you will work in either London or East Sussex and why not, i’m sure they are very nice places to live and work. What I have slowly come to realise over the past three years of being in Southampton, is that Hampshire is a hotbed for extremely talented Search Marketing professionals who do not really interact with each other.

From my research and through being connected to people in London and Brighton, I know that there are massive opportunities for SEM professionals to get together, communicate and ultimately share their knowledge and thoughts. Whilst this may seem very strange in some industries, this is essential in Search Marketing as things are constantly changing and one persons idea may lead to another idea and so on.

Unfortunately in Hampshire, there is not really the same opportunities than in these two areas, so therefore Atelier SEO have created a new LinkedIn group call Hampshire SEO and Pay Per Click (not very original I know, but quite apt).

We would like this group to be somewhere where Hampshire SEO and PPC professionals can get to know each other, share their thoughts, ideas and knowledge of the Search Industry. They can start discussions, post their company news inform everyone about their company events.
