SEO tips- Separate organic traffic data from other campaigns

This isn’t new, but it’s still plenty good- a Google Analytics function that helps with email marketing. What has this got to do with SEO? …well it lets you filter out the visits that came from your emails, not from search engines.

It also gives you (nearly) proof-positive data about the success of an email campaign, as you’ll be able to see over time how many people clicked-through to your page from the emails you sent out.

New Google Analytics for WordPress- maybe some SEO benefit

Google are running a beta version of their Analytics tracking code.
(http://code.google.com/apis/analytics/docs/tracking/asyncTracking.html).

It is designed to allow the code to be placed closer to the top of the page without affecting load times. Bearing in mind that page load times are touted as having an effect on search-friendliness this is a step in the right direction.
