Managed SEO Packages
Our SEO campaign package covers the on and off-page work, for one domain (e.g. www.website.com). It includes subdirectories (e.g. www.website.com/example), but not sub domains (e.g. example.website.com).
Long-term managed SEO success relies on cultivating and growing the authority of your website. This is mainly dependant on:
- providing a coherent theme or set of topics on the website
- building a good link profile
- enabling the growth of the site and with fresh content
There is an important requirement that your website is as search-friendly as possible from the start.
To help you achieve all this we research and recommend your keywords. These keywords are used within the site to help create an overall theme or set of topics for search engines, and for visitors.
They are also used in link building. Over time the success of such keywords can be measured in a number of ways, by:
- Seeing how many long-tail visits they bring to the site (e.g. by optimising for “popular boxed product” it is likely to increase visits for similar phrases, maybe “popular boxed product supplier” or “popular boxed product home delivery”);
- Monitoring how well your site ranks for them;
- Changes in traffic levels, outside of seasonal and/or industry search trends;
- Seeing how many conversions they might be responsible for.
We also work on the site to configure it better for search. This can take many forms, some examples are:
- Making search-friendly URLs;
- Providing optimised titles and meta data;
- Managing duplicate content issues;
- Specifying custom 404 error pages;
- Providing XML sitemaps.
Where possible during the campaign we will suggest further on-page improvements and enhancements.
Changes in the way search engines behave, and inequalities between competing websites, mean that we cannot guarantee rankings or traffic. What we do is improve the ability of your site to rank in search, and try to protect against these unknowns by using good practice, and reacting to changes swiftly.
