As most people in the search industry know, Yahoo and Bing have been powering up so that the latter controls the formers search results. Well Yahoo have now announced that later this week the transition in America and Canada will be complete.

In their blog they has said that they will start changing the bank-end technology over to the Bing platform. Searchers in America will know when they see the “Powered by Bing” indicator at the bottom of the results.

They have also given some indication of what will be happening the tools such as Site Explorer which will be migrated into Bing Webmaster Central tools.
